At Fuzzywuzzycare Global, we deal with life-saving, clinical-grade cellular nutrition. To strictly guarantee the absolute purity, efficacy, and medical safety of our Omni-Kiss™ formulas, our active ingredients (including Albion™ Chelated Minerals and premium bioactives) are exclusively sourced from top-tier, certified laboratories in the United States and Europe. Because we adhere to rigorous clinical formulation standards and fresh, custom made-to-order preparation, our logistics involve specialized batch control.

1. Pre-Order & Specialized Fulfillment Schedule
Please note that all Omni-Kiss™ formulations are handled via strict batch-by-batch production. Due to the complex import clearance, international cold-chain transits, and stringent quality control protocols required for our premium US/EU ingredients, supply timelines may fluctuate based on global laboratory availability. 
- Orders are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to your order timestamp.
- Estimated shipping windows provided during checkout are approximations only and do not constitute a legal guarantee of delivery dates. 
- We do not commit to fixed fulfillment deadlines, as we refuse to compromise on ingredient purity or rush the scientific manufacturing process. You will receive an official tracking link via email the moment your specific clinical batch completes quality inspection and is dispatched.

2. Standard Processing Time (For Released Batches)
Once a specific batch is fully released by our laboratory, orders will be packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties (Crucial)
We ship globally to support pawrents worldwide (including Taiwan, US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.). 
- Importer of Record: As the buyer, you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for ensuring the product complies with your local import regulations and for any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by your country’s government or customs authorities.
- Abandoned Shipments: Fuzzywuzzycare Global is not responsible for any logistical delays caused by local customs clearance processes, nor can we refund or cancel orders that are abandoned, rejected, or destroyed at customs due to unpaid duties or local import restrictions.
