At Fuzzywuzzycare Global, we understand that time is critical when dealing with end-stage renal and cardiorenal conditions. We partner with top-tier international couriers to ensure our highly bioactive Omni-Kiss™ formulas reach your pets as swiftly and safely as possible.

1. Pre-Order Dispatch Schedule
All Omni-Kiss™ Pre-Orders are currently scheduled to begin fulfillment in Mid-April 2026. Orders are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to your order timestamp. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your clinical batch is dispatched.

2. Standard Processing Time (For In-Stock Items)
Once regular stock is available, all orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties (Crucial)
We ship globally (including Taiwan, US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.).
Please note: As a buyer, you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by your country’s local government. Fuzzywuzzycare Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, nor can we refund orders that are abandoned or rejected at customs due to unpaid duties.
