Order Cancellation Policy (訂單取消政策)
1. Pre-Order Cancellations
Because our Omni-Kiss™ K-Support Formula is strictly produced in limited clinical batches to ensure maximum bio-activity, pre-orders secure your priority allocation.
If you need to cancel a pre-order, you may do so at any time before you receive the final shipping confirmation email. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that canceling a pre-order means you will forfeit your priority spot in the current clinical batch, as well as any early-bird pricing or exclusive pre-order clinical guides.
2. Standard Order Cancellations (In-Stock Items)
Our global clinical logistics team processes orders rapidly to ensure the freshest nutrients reach your pets as soon as possible.
For regular in-stock orders, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
3. Once Shipped
Once an order (pre-order or standard) has entered the fulfillment process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or intercepted. At this point, the order will fall under our strict Refund & Return Policy due to the sensitive nature of our clinical-grade formulas.
